Katie ashburn, np

After completing my Bachelor's of Nursing from Drexel University, I worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Jefferson Hospital and fell in love with caring for surgical patients.   I completed my Masters of Nursing at Jefferson in 2008 and completed my Wound Ostomy Continence certification in 2012.  

I have worked as a Vascular Nurse Practitioner for six years and enjoy working closely with a patient's care team to provide comprehensive and holistic care.  My goal is to help patients feel empowered and supported throughout their healing process.

My husband, our 2 boys age 5 and 7, and 2 rescues enjoy any activity that brings us outdoors.
